Major Upgrade Coming: Introducing the New JS Hosting Experience
We’re excited to announce that JS Hosting is undergoing its biggest transformation yet.
On Friday, 18th September 2026, we are officially launching our brand-new website design and refreshed brand identity.
We've been hard at work rebuilding our platform from the ground up to give you a faster, sleeker, and more intuitive experience.
What’s New & Improved
- Next-Gen Dark Theme: A clean, high-contrast UI engineered for better readability and a modern aesthetic across all devices.
- Updated Client Portal: Redesigned to seamlessly match our new UI for a unified hosting experience across billing and management.
- Privacy-First CAPTCHA: We’ve officially moved away from Google reCAPTCHA to hCaptcha to give you better data privacy and faster security verification.
- Phone Support Introduced: Reach us directly by phone for urgent UK-based support when you need it most.
- Enhanced Security & Awareness: Upgraded threat protection, hardened infrastructure, stronger account shielding, and instant login notifications to keep your account secure.
- UK Compliance: Built from scratch for total UK GDPR & PECR privacy transparency.
- Streamlined Support Centre: Redesigned help interfaces, faster ticket workflows, and quick access to live support.
Maintenance Window & Service Impact
- Zero Hosting Downtime: Your core hosting services remain online and running without downtime. Your hosted websites, emails, domain name services and databases will continue operating normally throughout the launch.
- Portal Maintenance: To deploy the update safely, our main website and client portal will be briefly offline for up to 4 hours between 10:30 PM (18th Sept) and 2:30 AM (19th Sept).
- New Client Portal Address: We are migrating our portal address from billing.jshosting.co.uk to my.jshosting.co.uk. Automatic redirects will be put in place, so all legacy links and saved bookmarks will seamlessly point to the new location.
- Account Access: Your login credentials, billing history, and existing support tickets remain completely unchanged.
- Support During Maintenance: Should you experience an issue while the client portal is offline, our support will remain fully reachable via support@jshosting.co.uk and technical@jshosting.co.uk.
Brand Transition Notice
In the weeks following this rebrand, you may still spot our old logo in certain secondary spaces, client emails, or external docs as we systematically update all media. We aim to have all logos, graphics, and branding assets fully updated no later than the end of this month.
