Temporary Suspension of New VPS Orders & Dashboard Display Issue

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting the VPS Dashboard in the client area following a recent control panel migration by our upstream provider.

What’s Happening:

  • VPS information (such as resource usage and management controls) may not display correctly in your client dashboard.

  • Your VPS instances remain online and fully operational.

  • The issue is limited to the dashboard view in the client portal.

Impact:

  • VPS uptime: Not affected

  • Client portal VPS Dashboard: Limited/Unavailable

  • New VPS orders have been temporarily suspended

Next Steps:

  • Our team is working closely with our module developer and upstream provider to implement an updated integration patch.

  • Once tested and confirmed, full dashboard functionality will be restored.

  • All outstanding orders will be cancelled and credited until the issue is fully resolved.

Recent Updates:

  • 26th September 2025, 18:43 GMT: Testing of an updated integration patch is underway. VPS services remain fully operational.

  • 29th September 2025, 01:35 GMT: Work continues with our developer and upstream provider; we are actively implementing a fix.

  • 1st October 2025, 23:45 GMT: Significant upstream system changes are being integrated. Testing will ensure stability, and temporary downtime may occur during this process.

  • 19th January 2026, 20:45: We plan to have this service reintroduced and rolled out by the end of this month, further notice will be given.
